Andrew Williams (Director)

Andrew is a Director.  Andrew has over 20 years experience of strategy alignment, leadership and teamwork, gained initially in the Royal Marines and subsequently working with a number of Global FTSE 100 businesses across different sectors.

Andrew has hands-on experience of developing and delivering alignment, leadership and change programmes to support new teams, culture change, new ways of working and under-performing businesses. Working in close partnership with clients Andrew brings what is often described as a 'refreshingly different' approach to their issues. Using a number of alignment tools and thinking developed from his time in the Royal Marines and refined over the years working in complex and demanding commercial situations, Andrew is passionate about helping teams and individuals realise their true potential.
