Sykes Fairbairn specializes in facilitating change by using a ‘leadership led’ approach where we provide advice, guidance and coaching to the key people leading change.

Many organisations agree that change is an inevitable part of life in business; inevitable, but painful and costly in terms of time, resource and money.  Our clients accept that they must be able to manage change in order to survive; we believe that the right approach and attitude to managing change can become a true source of competitive advantage.  Organisations that can become agile, stay agile and be adaptable will ultimately win.

We find that by supporting our clients through the change management processtheir attitude to change becomes more positive and they develop the skills necessary to lead change over and over again.  We use process to guide and structure the overall approach while concurrently addressing the softer needs of those leading and  being led in the change process.
