Sykes Fairbairn provides highly experienced and objective facilitation for business to enable teams to have more productive meetings.

Facilitation is about allowing and creating a permissive meeting environment where things can move forward. Most routine meetings function well enough, but in some situations meetings become difficult, cause friction and are downright unproductive; this happens for a combination of,  sometimes complex, reasons.

Structured facilitation

Structured facilitation will help you to bring clarity to meetings in order  to focus on the essential points. Our clients want time and space to focus  on meeting content. We enable this to happen by focusing our effort on outcomes, the meeting structure and environment.
