Sykes Fairbairn works with teams to help them build the fundamentals of high performance team-working and the ‘spirit’ that will enable them to perform more consistently towards their potential, whatever the circumstances.

What are winning teams?

  • We help teams to develop the fundamentals of effective high performance team-working such as shared understanding of purpose, common goals, clarity over roles and responsibilities, trust and mutual support, team processes, great communication and the ability to learn together.

  • We apply a range of market-leading team and individual profiling tools to understand the dynamics of individual behavioural preferences and team climate

  • We facilitate inclusive but ‘no-nonsense’ discussions about performance that lead to real commitment to change.

  • We see the changes through by providing performance review and coaching.
