Sykes Fairbairn chosen to lead flagship Leadership Development Programme
We are immensely proud to announce that Sykes Fairbairn has recently been chosen to lead the design and delivery of a 12 month leadership development programme for operational management in one of the UK’s best known life assurance companies. This programme will consist of a core workshop and a supporting programme of around 9 elective modules covering a range of linked topics including: Developing a High Performance Culture, Communicating with Impact, Leading Projects, Mentoring and Coaching and Building High Performance Relationships. Candidates for the programme are selected by the business on the basis of assessment including 180 feedback and line manager recommendation. The first core programme will roll-out in December 2007 with three further programmes in the first 6 months, then quarterly for the remainder of the year. The elective programme will start in Q1 2008. A view from one of the business leadership team:
