Mark is a Director. He has 25 years experience combining practical leadership and high performance team-working with strategic planning and operational management roles.

Mark’s area of expertise is helping executive teams to clarify strategy and align it with execution, ways of working and high performance behaviours in order to increase their bottom-line performance.  He is a collaborative, challenging and reliable consultant who has excellent references for helping client teams to deliver consistently outstanding results.

Mark has a pragmatic approach to organisational performance and leadership development having learned his trade on the job. He has little patience for theory, instead preferring to deal with what he sees, hears and feels. He is driven by a strong conviction that everybody can significantly improve their effectiveness by understanding their ‘mission’ and applying simple principles around clarity, alignment and confidence.

His experience of turning strategy into action was gained during an early career as an Army logistics officer, including strategic planning roles in the Ministry of Defence and operational tours of duty as a bomb disposal officer in Northern Ireland and with NATO in the former Yugoslavia. Mark is a graduate of the Army Command and Staff College.

He has been a management consultant since 2001 and has established a highly successful track record with blue chip clients in financial services, premium consumer goods, insurance, distribution and pharmaceutical sectors.
