Rob Pitt 

Rob Pitt supports Sykes Fairbairn on experiential leadership and team development programmes. He is a professional Mountain Instructor (MIA) who provides rock climbing, mountaineering instruction and guiding. Rob is based in Snowdonia, North Wales, and provides mountaineering, climbing and team and leadership development courses throughout the UK.

Rob is a highly experienced outdoor instructor with an extensive climbing and guiding portfolio including climbing up to E3 standard, Scottish winter and alpine mountaineering. He has led trekking expeditions in the Pyrenees, Central America, the Andes (Argentina, Chile, Peru), and Africa (Kilimanjaro). His white water kayaking experience includes classic descents in the UK, French Alps and Costa Rica and he is a qualified British Canoe Union Level 4 Coach.

Rob has worked in coaching and development for six years and his business experience includes designing and facilitating development programmes and workshops for public sector organisations, corporate clients and business consultancies.
