Sean Riches

Sean Riches is a Change Management and Organisational Effectiveness consultant.  Working with global organisations in sectors such as IT, media and manufacturing, he has developed and delivered programmes with delegates from over 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

His success as a consultant is based on nearly 20 year’s commercial experience; many spent in front line management roles.  As a result his style, which is lively and engaging, is firmly based on rapid application to the work place. Prior to consultancy, Sean worked in the financial services, logistics and civil aviation industries.  His roles spanned Operations Management, HR, Project Management and most recently combined these disciplines to successfully deliver projects in Change Management.

Sean works at all levels from supervisor to director, and has worked with clients in locations including Johannesburg, Bucharest and Rotterdam.  On these assignments, he has helped individuals and whole teams to raise their level of performance, new teams to hit the ground running and organisations to prepare for and deliver change.

With a background in Applied Psychology, Sean is an accredited Chartered Management Institute training consultant.  He is also licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools including products for assessing culture and climate at organisational and team levels.  Based in London, he is married with a young son.  Outside of work he holds qualifications in mountaineering, canoeing and sailing but remains a distinctly unqualified skier…
